          To Go Back

These images have been buried at the location where they were made in Wales, then excavated upon the return to the same location. During this time the environment collaborates with the print, where an accretion or abatement has taken place, connecting it directly to the land. Vision can be tactile; the intention is that the print connects with the viewer, as if sight becomes touch, enhancing other sensory impressions and memory. Prints can transform concepts into surfaces and with these surfaces, we can in turn connect to the art through our senses.
